The Field Interviewer is responsible for conducting respondent interviews accurately and in a professional manner. Nielsen data collection methods vary by country and project but include Face-to-Face or Telephone interviews. Field Interviewers must follow standard procedures at all times and adhere to specified project requirements and timing.
Working Week: Maximum 8 hours per day, 6 days per week. Location: Sharjah & Dubai. Job Status: Full-time interviewer with monthly fixed salary.
You will conduct interviews in a professional manner and record respondent information and responses accurately. Understanding the requirements of each assigned project including the questionnaire, survey method, and support forms is essential. You'll execute interviews according to Nielsen standards and project requirements while complying with all confidentiality and security requirements.
You will make proper introductions when contacting or screening people for a project and read the questionnaire script exactly as written. Ensuring all responses and outcomes are recorded truthfully and accurately is critical. You'll make every effort to achieve and adhere to assigned project quotas and ensure interviewing starts and finishes on specified dates to meet delivery schedules.
You will carry out all interviews during standard hours of interviewing and return all survey materials to the Field Supervisor at the end of a project. For face-to-face interviews, you must ensure your ID badge is current and displayed at all times. You'll respond to queries in a timely manner and maintain professional conduct throughout all interactions.
The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to follow standardized procedures. You should be comfortable conducting interviews with diverse respondents and maintaining confidentiality of all research data.
