The Facility Executive - Technical position requires expertise in power quality, distribution, and reliability. You will operate and maintain LT systems, transformers, LT panels, PDU/RPP, isolation transformers, and static transfer switches (STS). Ensuring N+1/2N redundancy for critical loads including process tools, scrubbers, abatement, BMS, and safety systems is essential.
You will monitor harmonics (THD), transients, flicker, and EMI/RFI, implementing filters/SPDs and isolation strategies for sensitive tools such as lithography and metrology equipment. Performing load studies, phase balancing, and feeder capacity checks prior to tool hookups and expansions is a key responsibility.
The role also encompasses UPS, emergency power, and controls operations. You will operate and maintain UPS (modular/N+1), battery strings, DG sets, AMF/ATS panels, and test black start and autotransfer sequences. Periodic battery health tests, UPS efficiency tuning, and firmware configuration backup are required. You will maintain Emergency Power Off (EPO) circuits, interlocks with gas monitoring systems, and fire safety integration. This technical role offers an excellent opportunity for an electrical engineer specializing in critical facility power systems.
