The Facility Manager - Soft Services position manages a 3 lakh square feet area and ensures a building/workplace runs efficiently, safely, and comfortably. This comprehensive role handles operations, maintenance, health & safety, budgeting, security, space management, vendor management, and strategic planning for optimal productivity.
In Operations & Maintenance, you will oversee daily operations, manage repairs, and schedule preventative maintenance for systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, groundskeeping, and cleaning. You are responsible for maintaining SLA/KPI standards for the site, ensuring service excellence.
Health, Safety & Security responsibilities include implementing safety protocols, managing emergency and disaster plans, ensuring fire safety, securing premises, and maintaining compliance with all regulations. Your leadership ensures a safe environment for all occupants.
Budget & Vendor Management involves managing facility budgets, controlling costs, and overseeing vendor relationships to ensure value delivery. You will manage staff and contractors, oversee renovations, ensure compliance, and act as a key link between occupants and leadership.
