NBCUniversal Facilities Ops & Engineering Team is seeking an experienced Contract Services Manager to join our Universal City, California operations. This strategic role is central to establishing consistency, efficiency, and best practices in vendor relations and service performance across NBCU West Coast Studio Operations.
In this position, you will provide oversight and collaboration to support sourcing initiatives, manage RFPs, conduct Quarterly Business Reviews, and oversee large supplier contracts including Janitorial, Critical Infrastructure, and Utility contracts. Your depth of facility knowledge, contract acumen, and ownership mentality will lead our teams with strength and clear direction to foster highly effective relationships and best-in-class service delivery.
You will serve as the central point of communication between facilities staff, vendors, and internal departments. Key responsibilities include inspiring and leading a Subject Matter Expert culture that drives high trust and respect across all colleagues and customers. You will drive high vendor engagement through communication, recognition, celebration, and setting clear goals and expectations to foster a high-performance environment.
The role involves managing third-party vendors for janitorial, waste, pest control, elevators, window washing, and other required services. You will assist in developing scope of work for contract services in conjunction with the Senior Director and Sourcing team. Leading Quarterly Business Reviews with vendors to track, manage, and report CTIs, KPIs, and develop new measures ensures continuous improvement and accountability across all vendor relationships.
