The Lubrication Technician position at Mountain States Toyota is an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in automotive service. This role focuses on performing lubrication services in a quick yet thorough manner while maintaining high quality standards.
You will perform all lubrication services efficiently while conducting thorough checks of customer vehicles including battery, lights, and tires. You will refer all needed repairs and preventive maintenance to the Service Advisor, helping identify additional service opportunities.
Operating and maintaining all lubrication equipment is essential, as is ensuring that customer vehicles are kept clean throughout the service process. You will receive repair orders from either the Service Salesman or the Production Foreman and proceed to the service lift to begin work. While lubricating the entire car, you will look for other items that may need repair or attention.
Making certain all equipment is in proper working order, especially the lifts, is a critical responsibility. You must use adequate but not excessive amounts of materials and supplies. Following all company safety policies and procedures is mandatory, and you must immediately report any and all accidents to a manager or supervisor.
We seek candidates with knowledge in all aspects of automotive repair and maintenance. A valid driver's license and good driving record are required. Two years of experience as a technician's helper or apprentice in an automobile dealership is preferred. Manual dexterity and good judgment are essential for success in this role.
