The Digital Transformation & Sustainability Executive supports the advancement of digitalization and sustainability initiatives across IREM Department in Singapore. This role integrates technology, data analytics, and sustainability practices to improve operational efficiency, resource optimization, and Green Mark certification performance.
The incumbent contributes to the digitalization of key operational processes, the implementation of real-time technology systems and sustainability reporting, and the enhancement of collaboration among various stakeholders including operational teams, consultants, and client representatives.
Undertake the role of Digital Services Officer, responsible for the management and administration of multiple digital systems and platforms including CMMS, digital forms, and reporting tools. This encompasses user access control, system configuration, data management, and ensuring optimal system performance.
Support sustainability reporting, Green Mark certification processes, and resource optimization initiatives. Analyze data to identify opportunities for improving environmental performance and operational efficiency.
Candidates should possess a background in technology or sustainability, strong analytical skills, and experience with digital platforms. Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities are essential.
