Provide high-level administrative support to the General Manager, while managing key performance and project initiatives. This role involves overseeing CSR initiatives, ensuring smooth hotel operations, and collaborating with various departments to meet strategic goals. Research, develop, and present proposals for new CSR initiatives that align with company values and goals. Foster partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to support CSR objectives Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, vendors and external stakeholders Administrative & Executive Support Assist various hotel departments in maintaining compliance with local and national regulations Organize and execute internal and external events Assist with financial tasks such as expense reporting, budget tracking, and processing invoices. Active member of the Sports Committee, contributing to the organization of related events and initiatives. Perform other Duties and responsibilities reasonably assigned by the Management.
