Grupo Mariposa is seeking an experienced Revenue Growth Management Specialist to join our corporate team in Guatemala. In this role, you will lead the development and standardization of RGM capabilities across operations, elevating their maturity level and compliance with the integral RGM strategy. You'll ensure effective implementation of price, portfolio, and promotion strategies to maximize profitable growth while enabling business needs through RGM tools, automated processes, and improvement projects.
You will evaluate and control that big category bets are fulfilled according to profitability industry potential (income pools and contribution margin), using worldwide methodology and best practices. You'll evaluate the maturity level of CBC operations regarding Revenue Growth Management processes, tools, and routines through WCS RGM to identify opportunities and provide recommendations consolidated in an action plan. You'll advise operations in developing RGM lever maturity (Price, Portfolio, Price and Promotion) through adoption of standardized processes and tools. You'll coordinate with Data Scientist RGM the implementation of new RGM tools or improvements to existing ones in prioritized operations according to total CBC business impact. You'll elaborate Corporate Market Share Reports with main insights and opportunities for the CEO, General Directors, and Transformation Director.
You must have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, or related field. A Master's degree is highly valued. You should have 3+ years of experience in Revenue Growth Management, pricing strategy, or commercial analytics. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools are essential. Experience in FMCG or beverage industry is preferred.
