The eSales Agent position at Audi Nashville is responsible for engaging with customers who are contacting the dealership with the interest of purchasing a new or pre-owned vehicle. Your ultimate goal is to generate sales appointments and drive customers to the dealership. This role establishes contact and creates a great first impression with our customers through inbound inquiries.
You will answer inbound phone calls, internet inquiries, and chats, providing guests with timely and relevant responses to address their questions and needs. You will facilitate providing guests with price and purchasing information, including payment options and quotes. Your role includes generating sales and acquisition appointments while managing organizers to stay up to date with follow-up of all active guests.
The eSales Agent's responsibility is to deliver a premium customer experience by responding to inquiries in a prompt, professional, accurate, and courteous manner. This highly accountable position uses lead management tools and CRM software to manage the initial guest engagement process. You will adhere to specific performance metrics and contribute to dealership sales goals.
This position will be trained to understand all products and services offered at the dealership, along with current inventory, finance, and incentive programs. You will receive continuous training in exceptional customer service, sales tactics, overcoming objections, and developing customer relationships. The eSales Agent will report to the Traffic Manager or Sales Manager, with compensation tied to appointment and sales performance.
We seek individuals with excellent communication skills, strong customer service orientation, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Experience with CRM software and lead management tools is preferred. A passion for the automotive industry and commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences is essential.
