We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Facilities Supervisor to join our team, working with one of our major NHS clients. In this role, you will lead a mobile technical team, ensuring the effective delivery of Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and Reactive Maintenance services.
A key part of this position is fostering strong client relationships, maintaining excellent communication, and ensuring our service consistently meets expectations. You will oversee a schedule of compliance audits, taking prompt corrective action where necessary. Driving continuous improvement, supporting training, and enhancing operational processes will also be integral to your success in this role. You will be responsible for managing both your technicians and client interactions, ensuring a customer-focused approach that builds trust and long-term partnerships. Service delivery must align with all legislative and regulatory standards. This role requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a healthcare environment.
