This position is responsible for ensuring smooth daily restaurant and bar operations, supervising team members, and delivering high-quality F&B service in accordance with hotel standards to maximize guest satisfaction and revenue. Inspect all outlets to ensure cleanliness, readiness, and proper equipment functionality. Ensure all team members report on time and are present in their assigned stations before service starts. Oversee guest service delivery to ensure orders are served correctly, promptly, and courteously. Supervise junior staff and casual workers to ensure timely task completion and adherence to departmental standards.
Minimum Secondary / High School education or higher Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a similar supervisory capacity in Bar Good command of English (spoken and written); other language skills are an advantage. Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Additional certification in Food & Beverage or hospitality is an advantage.
