Position Overview

JLL's Capital Markets Pursuits team is a high-performing group of business development marketing strategists dedicated to driving revenue growth through compelling written and visual narratives for JLL's Capital Markets business. Our mission is to equip, enrich, and empower our teams to achieve exceptional growth.

Role Details

Title: Design Lead - Capital Markets, EMEA
Location: Remote
Reports To: Sales Enablement and Design Operations Lead, Capital Markets, EMEA & APAC

Key Responsibilities

• Support design quality and consistency across Capital Markets in EMEA
• Focus on CMG-JBS design outputs
• Provide experienced design input and art direction
• Share best practices across regional design activity
• Support continuous improvement initiatives
• Work closely with business development marketing strategists
• Create compelling visual narratives for Capital Markets
• Implement strategic and innovative methodologies for winning business
• Collaborate with teams to deliver significant results
• Maintain design standards and brand consistency

Requirements

Candidates should have extensive design experience with expertise in creating business development materials. Strong visual storytelling abilities and experience with Capital Markets or financial services content is preferred. The ability to work remotely and collaborate across regions is essential.
