Grupo Mariposa is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our team, focusing on developing and expanding our presence in traditional sales channels in Milagro and Babahoyo, Ecuador. This role will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships, and achieving revenue targets in these key markets.
You will develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue in traditional channels of Milagro and Babahoyo. You'll identify and pursue new business opportunities while maintaining relationships with existing customers. You'll conduct market studies and analyze consumer behavior to inform sales approaches. You'll achieve or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of products or services. You'll maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market information using CRM software. You'll represent the company at local events, trade shows, and industry conferences. You'll provide periodic reports on sales performance, market trends, and the competitive landscape. You'll adapt sales techniques to meet the specific needs of the local market and traditional channels.
You should have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. Previous experience in sales, preferably in traditional channels, is highly valued. You should have strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build lasting customer relationships. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office is required.
