Terry Soot Management Group (TSMG) is a leading field data collection company founded in 2017 in Europe. We specialize in collecting data where automation isn't possible, deploying teams across Europe and North America to count features, capture images, record videos, scan areas, and gather detailed information that helps clients make more informed decisions.
This exciting project aims to collect high-quality visual data of streets, key points of interest, and public spaces across EU countries. As a Driver/Data Collector, you'll operate vehicles equipped with removable 360° cameras and LiDAR sensors to capture comprehensive imagery of your surroundings. The collected data will be stored on onboard SSD drives and used to enhance one of the world's leading online mapping platforms.
You'll follow pre-assigned routes focusing on public streets, commercial areas, and points of interest throughout Vigo and surrounding areas. To ensure the highest image quality, some areas may require revisiting during favorable weather conditions. This is a full-time position with standard business hours (8 AM - 7 PM).
Candidates must hold a valid driver's license with a clean driving record. The recruitment process includes a safety driving test, interview with our recruiter, and comprehensive onboarding. Average assignments involve 3-6 months of active work with potential for extension based on project scope.
