We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic Associate Roofing Sales Representatives to join our Indy Sales team through our SkillsBridge program. This enlisted military personnel program is designed to help you transition into a civilian career in the roofing industry.
In this role, you will learn about the roofing industry, assist in generating sales, and provide top-level customer service. This position is ideal for individuals with excellent communication skills, a willingness to learn, and an interest in building a successful career.
You'll learn our business model, company culture, and core values while building on your existing skills through structured, on-the-job training. You will job shadow and learn from our roofing, repairs, masonry, gutters, and siding divisions to gain comprehensive knowledge that will make you successful in this role.
Program length is 18 weeks, located on-site in Indianapolis, Indiana. Candidates must have 180 days or fewer remaining on active duty at program start, approval from Chain of Command, and pay grade E4 and above. We seek self-motivated, creative, results-driven, solution-oriented individuals with demonstrated leadership abilities.
