Wells Fargo is seeking a Distribution Finance Relationship Management Senior Manager who will lead the strategic direction and overall relationship with one of our largest Joint Venture (JV) partners. This role will oversee a dedicated team responsible for delivering comprehensive portfolio support, financial partnership, and operational excellence across the JV's distribution finance programs.
As the primary relationship owner, the Senior Manager will ensure the JV receives consistent, high-quality insights, guidance, and execution to maximize portfolio performance. This leader will be accountable for portfolio health, risk optimization, and long-term growth while cultivating a strong, collaborative partnership with JV leadership. The role requires navigating complex business dynamics, aligning cross-functional resources, and driving continuous improvement to support the broader JV strategy. You will determine appropriate strategy and actions for high-risk deliverables, interpret and develop policies and procedures, and develop a culture of talent development to meet business objectives.
Candidates should possess extensive experience in relationship management, finance, or distribution finance. Strong leadership capabilities and the ability to navigate complex business dynamics are essential. Experience managing JV partnerships and driving portfolio performance is required. Excellent strategic thinking and communication skills are critical for success.
This role is required to work on-site at the 2100 Hwy 55, Medina, MN location.
