This highly visible individual contributor role translates regional go-to-market strategies into actionable financial plans that drive profitable growth.
Serve as the primary finance partner for Americas Sales and Marketing leaders, providing insight, challenge, and decision support. Advise on headcount planning, territory design, channel strategy, and marketing investment allocation while balancing growth objectives with financial discipline. Support execution of global GTM strategies within the Americas, adapting financial frameworks to regional market dynamics. Own annual planning, quarterly forecasting, and long-range outlooks for regional Sales and Marketing functions covering revenue and sales and marketing opex. Influence senior stakeholders through fact-based analysis, scenario modeling, and clear financial narratives. Ensure alignment between regional plans and global financial objectives.
