We're seeking a Director of Sales to drive growth in a complex enterprise retail ecosystem.
You will lead the full sales cycle end-to-end including prospecting, discovery, solutioning, negotiation, and close. Maintaining strong pipeline discipline and forecast accuracy is essential, as is creating and sustaining deal momentum by setting clear next steps, decision criteria, and timelines. You'll be accountable for revenue targets and pipeline health.
You will navigate large, matrixed retail organizations and identify net-new entry points. Building credibility quickly with senior stakeholders across commercial, insights, data, and technology teams is critical. You'll expand opportunity surface area by creating demand where no formal buying motion exists.
You will translate complex data and analytics into simple, compelling value stories. Using data creatively to reframe business problems, surface growth opportunities, and drive urgency is at the heart of this role. You'll leverage NielsenIQ's data assets to demonstrate clear ROI to prospects and clients.
This role is designed for a commercial leader who thrives in ambiguity, operates with urgency, and uses data creatively to drive decisions and revenue. You should have a proven track record in enterprise sales, particularly in retail, data, or analytics spaces. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution and can influence at all levels of an organization.
