The Media Group Growth organization at NBCUniversal is seeking a Director to drive the evolution of workflow capabilities and spearhead the innovation roadmap for Marketing Technology. This role works on the Go-to-Market team within Marketing Technology, leading the Workflow Technology & Innovation vertical and guiding a team of Product Managers.
You will work with Growth leadership to craft Workflow Technology & Innovation roadmap and strategy. The role involves maintaining cohesion with product and development workstreams while supporting the varying needs of Growth stakeholders. You will define a culture which balances a process-driven approach with efficiency and accountability. The position requires strong knowledge of the global Marketing Technology space with deep perspective on ideal architecture, tool selection, efficiency drivers, and governance considerations. It is crucial that you stay up to date on the latest players in marketing software, A/B testing, attribution, and other tools with an opinion on the best platforms for the job. You will take ambiguous needs and flesh them out with details and structure, successfully working across multiple stakeholders to ensure cohesion with product and development workstreams.
The ideal candidate has extensive experience in Marketing Technology with a blended background including both technical integration and strategic application sides of growth. Strong leadership experience managing Product Managers is essential. Detail-oriented and well-organized with ability to work across stakeholders.
