The Director of Facilities Management is responsible for leading the strategic planning, operational execution, and continuous improvement of facilities management across the company's global portfolio, including retail stores, headquarters offices, and distribution centers. This role ensures that all physical environments are safe, functional, efficient, and aligned with the company's brand and operational standards.
You will develop and execute a global facilities management strategy supporting retail stores, headquarters, and distribution operations. Lead and mentor the facilities management team, establishing performance standards and operational best practices. Establish clear performance expectations, service standards, and operational processes across all facilities teams.
Build scalable programs and organizational structures to support rapid retail and international growth. Partner cross-functionally with Real Estate, Design, Construction, Facilities & Security Operations, Asset Protection, Health & Safety, Tech, and Retail Operations teams. Oversee facilities maintenance for the retail portfolio including preventative maintenance, reactive repairs, and store refresh initiatives.
Develop service level agreements (SLAs) and vendor performance metrics. Support workplace experience initiatives that enhance employee productivity and engagement. Manage international vendor relationships and ensure compliance with local regulations. Identify opportunities for cost savings and operational efficiency improvements.
