Data Centers / Critical Environment Management (CEM) Operation Lead – West Asia What this job involves: This is a key role to drive JLL’s operational direction and leadership at the account, divisional, and regional level for Data Centers and Critical Environment Management (CEM) in West Asia. Provide data center operational direction and leadership to advance JLL’s Data Center capabilities and market share in FM and IT services, while promoting DC lifecycle products. Focus on driving growth, ensuring 100% uptime, managing risk, and fostering innovation in sustainability and technology within the critical environment space. Build strong working relationships with key client representatives and promote JLL’s DC / CE Management expertise that covers FM Ops, Solutions Development, Consulting, Transaction Management or Leasing and Project Management; and Support them to convert Sales opportunities into successful IFM Accounts for JLL. Implement standard business operating mechanisms such as regular team meetings, strategic review forums, training conferences and regular analysis and reporting processes to ensure team engagement and alignment and to provide an effective and efficient business operation in Data Center FM. Responsible to drive operational excellence within Hub of critical accounts focusing on financial and operational performance/compliance Ownership of account deployments impacting financial profile and operational delivery Provide DC / CE solutions and new business transition support leading complex engagements and transformation programs in high risk environments. Monitor market trends and changes to ensure that JLL provides industry best practice in the delivery of DC FM Operations. Provide ownership of all DC/CE managed space within a designated area. Act as subject matter expert and single point of contact for DC / CE operational management within your assigned responsibility. Consult with clients and account leadership with all aspects of data center operations, management, account expansions and design. Maintain effective communications with external and internal clients, technical personnel and key management. Protect the health and Safety of staff and others by adhering to and developing guidelines and strategies Ensure compliance with statutory regulations related to engineering assets leveraging YGP. Ensure compliance with JLL programs and audit programs and participate in TSSO community initiatives. Ensure alignment and compliance to established Policies and Standard Operating Procedures for the management of the client’s Critical Environment. Drive Innovation & New Technology to support and optimize DC / CE Facility Operations Conduct audits to ensure that all Safety procedures, including disaster recovery and business continuity plan, operation procedure and escalation procedures are in place and maintained. Adhere to Jones Lang LaSalle’s business conduct by ensuring compliance with the firm’s guidelines, procedures, and strategies. Support the Account Business where SME skills are required outside of Account BAU activity, specifically with critical environments such as data centres, trading floors or business critical systems. Position could require up to 40% travel. The role will also be required to support in developing new Engineering products and services, that respond to market requirements and changing dynamics and that will lead to successful business results for JLL in delivering Engineering Services.
