As a Store Director at H&M, you will assume complete responsibility for your store's performance, with a strong focus on creating exceptional customer experiences that drive both sales and profitability. Your leadership will be the beating heart of the store, guiding, inspiring, and empowering your team to deliver operational excellence and remarkable service.
You will stimulate exceptional customer service by guiding the store team to offer personalized styling advice, product expertise, and a memorable in-store experience. You'll interpret sales data to improve performance and take responsibility for the store's commercial success. You'll inspire and lead a team composed of managers, visual merchandisers, and sales advisors to consistently exceed service and operational standards.
You'll manage recruitment processes and ensure effective onboarding and training for all new team members. You'll identify high-potential talent and develop future leaders within your store. Your strategic mindset and people-oriented approach will ensure the store reaches its objectives and becomes a destination customers love to visit.
Balancing the energy on the sales floor with efficiency behind the scenes, you'll cultivate a dynamic, customer-centric environment where every detail contributes to success. You'll ensure operational standards are maintained while fostering innovation and continuous improvement.
This is a full-time position (39 hours) based in Paris, France. We're looking for experienced retail leaders with proven track records in store management, team development, and driving commercial results in fashion retail.
