The Digital Operations Analyst is responsible for ensuring the stability, reliability, and operational readiness of Digital data pipelines and partner integrations. The role combines production run monitoring, small-scale operational engineering, and hands-on onboarding of new partners and data feeds. You will work with Engineering, QA, Product, and external partners to maintain seamless daily operations and help grow Digital platforms. Reporting into the Digital Operations Manager. What you'll do: Production Run Monitoring Monitor daily AWS, Airflow и EMS production workflows. Identify and resolve run failures; perform basic diagnostics and impact assessment. Manage incidents (ServiceNow/Jira) and provide stakeholder updates. Maintain dashboards, alerts и operational runbooks. Small Fixes & Operational Engineering Investigate and resolve minor production issues (Python fixes, config updates, permissions). Apply quick operational adjustments without full engineering cycles. Maintain small automation scripts and utilities. Collaborate with Engineering for complex defects. Onboarding New Partners and Data Feeds Set up partner environments using templated AWS/Airflow/EMS configurations. Validate test feeds, schemas, formats и data quality. Configure ingestion pipelines and support first‑run execution. Document onboarding steps and ensure smooth transition to BAU.
What you'll bring: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Informatics, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field 1–3 years of experience in data operations, data engineering support, or a similar technical role. Experience with cloud‑based data workflows (AWS preferred). Practical exposure to Airflow, ETL pipelines, or operational data environments. Hands‑on experience with Python scripting and debugging. Understanding of structured data formats (CSV, JSON, XML). Experience with Git or similar version‑control systems. Operational knowledge of AWS (S3, Lambda, ECS/EKS, CloudWatch, IAM basics). Familiarity with Airflow DAGs, scheduling and log interpretation. Practical Python skills for debugging and operational scripting. Understanding of ETL concepts and data pipeline workflows. Read logs/exceptions and diagnose production run failures. Cross‑team coordination and confidence working with external partners. Additional skills that would be advantageous: Experience with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow/Jira) and contribution to RCA. Experience maintaining dashboards/alerts/runbooks (e.g., CloudWatch metrics and alarms). Familiarity with Git and code hygiene for small operational fixes. Understanding of structured data formats and validation (CSV, JSON, XML).
