As a Department Manager at H&M, you will be the leader supporting and encouraging your entire team. This role ensures an excellent operational and visual experience for your store, customers, and colleagues.
Working at H&M means no two days are ever the same. You will be aware of your store's strengths, opportunities, and competitors while analyzing and following up on sales to create plans that optimize results and profits.
You are responsible for the total OMNI customer experience in your store, ensuring visual and commercial curation according to global guidelines. You will represent yourself and the H&M brand positively during customer interactions and be aware of your department's strengths while identifying commercial opportunities and acting on them.
You will establish and analyze sales and budget goals, creating plans to optimize results. Ensuring customer service is provided in all areas of the store, your team will have the ability to work towards actively promoting and selling products to customers. You will follow up that your team is actively promoting our Customer Loyalty App (Hello Member) and in-store sustainability initiatives.
Manage your department in a cost-efficient way and ensure correct routines in fitting rooms and other operational areas. You will work closely with store management to drive sales performance and maintain visual standards.
