As a Department Manager at H&M, you will lead and support your team while fostering an inclusive culture that strengthens collaboration and entrepreneurial thinking. You are responsible for creating an outstanding operational and visual experience for both customers and colleagues in the store.
You will ensure strong visual and commercial presentation to provide a great shopping experience using service tools. You will analyze sales and budget targets, developing optimization measures. You will efficiently plan tasks and staffing, ensuring smooth operations across all areas - from the sales floor to warehouse areas, including cash register and fitting room routines, as well as daily store opening and closing procedures.
You will strategically develop your team through targeted recruiting, onboarding, regular feedback conversations, performance reviews, and individual development plans. Your role requires the ability to communicate clearly and in a service-oriented manner in German (minimum B2 level).
