As a Department Manager at H&M, you will be the leader supporting and encouraging your whole team. You will be responsible for the total OMNI customer experience in your store, ensuring visual and commercial curation according to global guidelines. Your duties include representing yourself and the H&M brand positively during customer interactions, being aware of your department's strengths and identifying commercial opportunities.
You will establish and analyze sales and budget goals, creating plans to optimize results, ensure customer service is provided in all areas, and that your team can actively promote and sell products. Additionally, you will follow up on Customer Loyalty App promotion and sustainability initiatives, manage your department cost-efficiently, and ensure correct routines in fitting rooms and operational areas.
