Extracting and analyzing data from various platforms, such as SAP, TAS, Inspectorio, Salesforce, Workday, ADP Workforce Now, and other data collection platforms. Working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure high data accuracy and integrity across all data sources. Maintaining dashboard including troubleshooting and debugging when errors occur, refreshing and publishing data. Monitoring and analyzing manufacturing data performance to KPIs and identifying opportunities for improvement and highlighting risks in on-time delivery and production efficiency. Gathering business questions and translating them into data requirements and specifications. Preparing regular reports and dashboards summarizing key findings, insights, and recommendations for enabling collaborators and management to make informed decisions. Conducting ad-hoc analysis for cross-functional partners as required with reasonable turnaround time meeting Minimum Viable Product (MVP) capabilities. Documenting KPI definitions and its calculation logic, both existing and future KPIs for development planning. Enabling Opportunity for Improvements (OFIs) for cross-functional partners and developing metrics to measure improvements and cost savings where applicable. Supporting training internal partners in their use of digital analytics to answer their business questions and develop standardized analytics processes.
Here are some of the things you could be working on in the future:
Partnering with Manufacturing Planning team to monitor monthly production output forecast vs actual and cost variance in material, labor, and overhead. Partnering with Manufacturing Planning and Production teams to enhance WO scheduling platform to improve On-Time to Request (OTR) and Supplier Delivery Performance (SDP). Supporting end-to-end system migration / implementation for new systems such as MES Shopfloor system and sunset of in-house ERP system (TAS) with a new ERP & WMS system for ARC’One. End-to-end support such as but not limited to software evaluation, gathering and documenting system requirements from all collaborators and communicating those requirements to software provider for development, report customization, UAT testing, pilot-run, implementation, training, and post-implementation support. Identifying current and future business processes and creating documents certified by all collaborators in terms of functional knowledge, highlighting changes and improvements to facilitate change management.
Are you our next Data Analyst, Manufacturing Business Process?
You have a university degree in Math, Economic, Statistics, Finance, Business or equivalent. You have 3-5 years of experience as a Digital Analyst or similar role, preferably within Supply Chain or Manufacturing. You have strong analytical skills with a proven track record of collecting, analyzing, and interpreting complex data sets. You have an understanding of and sensitivity towards data integrity and cleanliness. You have strong expertise in SAP, MES, WMS, or equivalent ERP systems You have high proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and visualization tools such as Excel, Smartsheet, Tableau, or Power BI. You have extreme attention to detail and an ability to dig into large amounts of data to find the inconsistencies and risks. You have strong communication and business presentation skills, and the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of collaborators. Familiarity with manufacturing operations, including workorder planning & management, WIP and productivity tracking, and inventory management are highly desirable. You are proactive in identifying the root cause of issues within PowerBI and developing solutions. You remain highly flexible and adaptable when faced with ambiguity. You are able to balance autonomy and collaboration. You are willing to share your knowledge and train other team members. You inspire breakthrough thinking and continuous improvement.
