The Cycle Counter 1 is responsible for performing cycle counts of raw material inventory as established in the Cycle Count DOP, with the objective of maintaining a high level of accuracy. This role includes generating reports, recording physical location and item counts, and preparing cycle count reports.
You will collect data for inventory discrepancy investigation and have the ability to reconcile discrepancies. Supervise GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) throughout the process to maintain inventory control. Ensure compliance with inventory procedures and perform accurate counts in assigned locations.
Collaborate in data collection and conduct investigations to resolve inventory issues. Adopt and follow the ISI safety protocol for warehouse and production areas. Audit waste reported in the Material Transfer (MT) Form and assist in material purge-related activities.
Separate waste according to requests from the inventory analyst or supervisor. Perform database cycle counts as needed. Assist in complete audits in production areas and support the cycle count leader with training as necessary. Perform other assigned tasks as required.
