Onepilot is seeking Customer Service Representatives based in the United States to join their growing team of remote agents. This flexible opportunity allows you to work from home while providing exceptional customer support to Onepilot's diverse client base.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will support customers through multiple channels including email, chat, and phone. You'll utilize Onepilot's advanced technology platform and comprehensive knowledge bases to deliver quick, accurate, and friendly responses to customer inquiries. After completing e-learning training programs specific to each customer, you'll have access to detailed resources that enable you to handle requests effectively.
This is a performance-based role where you're paid per ticket resolved. Ticket prices vary between $1-$2 depending on complexity, handling time, and your location. On average, agents earn approximately $15 per hour, with the flexibility to set your own schedule.
Candidates must be US-based with fluency in digital tools and platforms. Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential. You must be available for at least 20 hours per week.
