Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, the Customer Service Analyst position at AbbVie Maidenhead provides critical front-line support for customer operations. This role manages customer setup requests, account amendments, and order processing functions while ensuring excellent service delivery.
Create new customer setup requests and provide first-stage approval for new accounts. Initiate and approve amendments to existing accounts while managing blocked customer orders through SAP, involving direct customer contact and order block removal coordination. Handle customer complaints at the first instance and generate proforma invoices when required.
Receive and resolve general customer enquiries, contacting customers to obtain necessary information. Communicate effectively with internal departments, sales teams, and customers to complete order processing functions while maintaining high service standards.
Liaise with BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) and FSS (Financial Shared Services) departments to ensure accurate recording and processing of all sales order areas. Support training of new starters while maintaining compliance with all company policies and procedures.
