We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Community Executive to join our team in Bengaluru. As a Community Executive, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive first impression for our clients, visitors, and employees. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure smooth front office operations while providing exceptional customer service.
You will manage front desk operations, greet visitors professionally, handle incoming communications, and provide administrative support. The role requires maintaining a polished and welcoming environment while efficiently coordinating with various stakeholders. You will be responsible for ensuring all visitors have a positive experience and that front office operations run seamlessly.
Candidates should possess a high school diploma or equivalent qualification, with additional relevant certifications being a plus. Proven experience as a Front Desk Executive, Receptionist, or in a similar customer-facing role is required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in using office equipment including phone systems and printers is necessary, as is familiarity with MS Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook. A polite, professional, and customer-focused demeanor is required, along with the ability to maintain composure under pressure.
