JLL is looking for an experienced Critical Environment Lead Engineer to join our team in St. Louis, MO. This role ensures the proper implementation and maintenance of JLL's Critical Environments Preventive Maintenance Program across all designated Critical Facilities in the region. You will combine hands-on technical expertise with leadership responsibilities in this critical position.
As a Critical Environment Lead Engineer, you will operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair facility equipment while managing third-shift engineers. You will play a crucial part in maintaining the critical infrastructure that supports our clients' most essential operations, directly contributing to JLL's reputation for operational excellence and reliability in mission-critical environments. Your expertise will ensure uninterrupted operations for our clients' most vital systems.
You will execute advanced system operations for all mechanical and electrical systems in critical facilities, perform daily inspections and equipment rounds, review and log all critical infrastructure data, troubleshoot and repair complex systems, and lead a team of engineers in maintaining the highest standards of facility operations. Your leadership and technical skills will be essential in ensuring 24/7 reliability of critical environments.
