This position offers full-time employment (40 hours per week) with shift work including weekends and evenings. As a wonderful member of the COS Japan team, we're recruiting Sales Advisors to grow together with us. You'll be part of a dynamic team dedicated to creating exceptional customer experiences while working with the latest fashion trends.
Customer service and enhancing shopping experiences. Register operations and fitting room support. In-store sales and inventory management. New product displays and visual merchandising. You'll work closely with team members to create welcoming environments where customers feel confident expressing their individuality through fashion.

Retail and apparel sales experience is welcome. We welcome those who enjoy customer service and working in teams, even without experience. Foreign nationals must possess valid work visas for Japan and have Japanese language proficiency sufficient for customer service. Weekend availability is preferred.
Annual salary: 3,000,000 JPY plus transportation allowance. Shift work between 07:30-20:30 including weekends and evening shifts. Full-time position requires 5 days per week (8 hours daily, 40 hours weekly). Schedule updated every 4 weeks. 6-month probation period with same conditions as regular employment.
