We're recruiting Sales Advisors (Part-time) to join our wonderful team in Nagoya and grow together. This position offers part-time contracts suitable for those available to work less than 20 hours or less than 30 hours per week. Shifts include weekend and evening work.
Customer service and enhancing shopping experiences. Register operations and fitting room support. In-store sales and inventory management. New product displays and visual merchandising. You'll be part of a dynamic team dedicated to creating exceptional customer experiences while working with the latest fashion trends.
We seek individuals who can understand customer needs and are conscious of business results. You should be interested in the latest trends and fashion, have high communication skills with a positive and open-minded attitude. We value those with strong learning motivation who can adapt to new environments, cherish teamwork with an inclusive mindset, and demonstrate initiative, confidence, and challenging spirit.
Retail and apparel sales experience is welcome. We welcome those who enjoy customer service and working in teams, even without experience. Those interested in fashion and customer service are encouraged to apply. Foreign nationals must possess valid work visas for Japan and have Japanese language proficiency sufficient for customer service.
Shift work including weekends and holidays. Schedule adjustments possible (details discussed during interview). Hourly wage: 1,410 JPY plus transportation allowance. Schedule updated every 4 weeks. 6-month probation period applies with same employment conditions as regular employment.
