As the Industrial Engineering Manager/Competency Lead, you will play a strategic leadership role in securing efficient, sustainable business growth. You'll lead the IE function and collaborate with local suppliers to drive cost competitiveness, capacity management, process excellence, and productivity development. You will be responsible for developing the IE team, strengthening supplier capabilities, and ensuring robust IE methodology implementation across the value chain.
You will lead, coach, mentor, and inspire a team of Industrial Engineers to secure strong technical capability and high performance. Drive workforce planning, skill development roadmaps, and succession planning. Set clear KPIs, monitor performance, and foster a collaborative culture within the team.
Lead the overall IE strategy for sustainable efficiency and cost competitiveness. Oversee SMV validation using GSD/MTM systems. Drive SMV Excellence initiatives across different production groups. Secure seasonal capacity offers through minute-based verification and collaborate cross-functionally for accurate costing.
Work with product, technologist, and quality teams to optimize SMVs. Guide suppliers to adopt strong IE foundations. Support Tech teams in development of IE-related tools and digitalization initiatives. This role requires strong leadership capabilities, deep industrial engineering expertise, and the ability to drive change across complex supply chain operations.
