Reporting to the Manager of Customer Communications and Readiness, you'll proactively respond to support-related queries in our community forums. You'll ensure customers receive timely, accurate, and helpful responses to their technical questions.
You'll monitor community channels, identify emerging issues, and escalate critical cases when needed. Your customer-centric approach will help drive satisfaction and success across our global customer base.
