We are seeking an Agency Sales Representative (Commercial Agence) for our Valenton location on a permanent basis. This role serves as the first point of contact for our customers, playing a vital part in customer experience and sales development.
Develop customer relationships through welcoming interactions, quality technical advice, and personalized follow-up. Propose relevant solutions and ancillary services that create added value for customers. Drive customer digitalization by promoting our connected offers and e-commerce platform.
Make the agency attractive through dynamic and adapted merchandising. Promote and actively participate in commercial events and animations. Manage customer disputes and after-sales service requests efficiently.
More than diplomas or experience, we value relevant commercial background, technical knowledge fit in electricity, home automation, or energy management solutions, and personal qualities. Your sense of customer relationship and satisfaction, along with team spirit, will make the difference.
