We are looking for a Branch Sales Representative on a permanent contract based in Aix en Provence - La Pioline. The branch sales representative is the first point of contact for our customers, playing a crucial role in customer experience and satisfaction.
You will develop customer relationships through welcoming service, quality technical advice, and personalized follow-up. You will propose relevant solutions and ancillary services that create added value. You will develop customer digitalization by promoting our connected offerings and e-commerce site.
You will make the branch attractive with dynamic and adapted merchandising. You will promote and actively participate in commercial events and animations. You will handle customer complaints and after-sales service.
More than a diploma or experience level, it is the relevance of your commercial background, the adequacy of your technical knowledge in electricity, home automation, or energy management solutions, and your personal qualities that will make the difference.
