The candidate will be a member of the Corporate Debt Finance team with primary focus on origination and execution of CLO transactions. This role encompasses managing deal teams and processes for CLOs and other capital market transactions with primary focus on Broadly Syndicated CLOs.
You will coordinate the CLO execution process with clients, equity, rating agencies, syndicate, and other stakeholders to drive successful execution. Focus on CLO origination through coverage of asset managers and key market investors. Work closely with SPG Syndicate on coverage processes for CLO managers and coordinate with internal parties across Leveraged Loan Sales and Trading, FIG, Markets SRMs, and CLO Sales and Trading.
This role requires 7+ years of experience in CLOs or leveraged credit, with a BS/BA degree in accounting, finance, or economics. Candidates must complete required licensing within 90 days of hire and possess excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
