Ummh is seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our Social Services team at the University Campus in Worcester, MA. This position offers 24 hours per week with a day shift schedule, Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with on-call requirements. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated social work professional to make a meaningful impact in patient care.
As a Lead Child and Family Services Clinician, you will provide quality clinical treatment to clients as assigned by the Intake Coordinator and/or Department Director. Your responsibilities include providing individual, group, and family therapy sessions, conducting comprehensive psychosocial assessments, developing treatment plans, and coordinating care with multidisciplinary teams. You will also provide crisis intervention services and maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
Master's degree in Social Work required. Current LCSW licensure in Massachusetts is mandatory. Previous experience in child and family services is highly preferred. Strong clinical assessment skills, excellent communication abilities, and cultural competency are essential for success in this role.
This exempt position offers a competitive annual salary range of $59,051 to $106,309, with final offers based on experience, skills, qualifications, and internal equity considerations. A signing bonus may be available - eligibility will be confirmed during the interview process.
