As a Client Delivery Executive at NielsenIQ Brandbank, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of Supplier accounts, acting as the primary point of contact and supporting clients with item submissions, account queries, and other business needs on a day-to-day basis. You will also be responsible for securing client renewals.
You will support Client Development Executives with shared accountability for generating New Business revenue for your portfolio of clients, with particular emphasis on increasing the volume of products on our platform. Alongside a Customer Success Manager, you will be a primary point of contact for your clients.
You will be responsible for achieving Quarterly targets, primarily revenue-based, but also accountable for consistently improving retailer coverage metrics and customer satisfaction KPIs. Delivering core revenue targets is focused on securing Annual Renewal revenue and supporting additional volume and increased New Business spend.
Accurately forecast revenue to the Senior Client Delivery Manager and ensure a consistently strong pipeline to deliver targets. Develop a full understanding of the NIQ Brandbank value proposition. Build rapport with your supplier base, frequently contacting them to understand their service requirements and ensure satisfaction.
