•Specialized in pizza preparation and production, Including Sourdough baking techniques, and maintaining authentic quality and consistency. •Manage pizza section operations including stock control, food cost monitoring, and consistent production of high-quality dishes according to standards. •Lead and supervise kitchen team by training staff, maintaining discipline, and ensuring productivity in line with hotel guidelines. •Ensure strict food safety and hygiene compliance (HACCP), including proper storage, cleanliness, and safe food handling at all times.
