We are seeking a skilled Certified Surgical Technologist to join our Operating Room team. This 40-hour, day shift position plays a critical role in ensuring safe and efficient surgical procedures across all service lines.
Under the direction of the RN circulator, you will assist surgical teams during operative procedures, prepare and maintain sterile fields, arrange and inventory sterile setups, and ensure compliance with Medicare Conditions of Participation for surgical services. You will work with diverse surgical specialties and contribute to optimal patient outcomes.
Monday through Friday, 6:45 AM to 5:15 PM (10-hour shifts). The hiring range is $23.00 - $49.65 per hour. This position is covered by the UFCW union and may be eligible for a signing bonus.
Candidates must be certified surgical technologists with current CST certification. Strong attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, and excellent teamwork skills are essential for success in this role.
