What You’ll Do
Coordinate and manage patient scheduling across Telehealth, On-Call, and Inspire services Serve as the primary point of contact for patient inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms Facilitate urgent and same-day Telehealth appointment requests Schedule in-home (On-Call) visits and communicate logistics with clinicians and patients Support scheduling and front desk operations for the Inspir clinic Collect copays and manage patient financial transactions accurately Communicate coverage details to Telehealth patients Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in EMR systems Collaborate closely with clinicians and internal teams to ensure continuity of care Troubleshoot scheduling conflicts and provide real-time solutions
What We’re Looking For
1–3 years of experience in a healthcare administrative, front desk, or care coordination role preferred Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workflows simultaneously Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Comfort working with technology, including EMR systems and scheduling platforms Ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic, patient-centered environment High attention to detail and accuracy, especially with scheduling and payments A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
