As Café Manager, you'll be at the heart of creating an exceptional guest experience while overseeing the smooth, day-to-day operations of our Nordic-inspired café, seamlessly integrated within the store. You'll lead by example—setting high standards for quality, service, and hospitality, while inspiring your team to deliver memorable experiences at every touchpoint.
Create a welcoming and attractive café atmosphere personalised to meet the preferences of customers. Lead recruitment, training, and development of the café team in collaboration with the Store Experience Manager. Motivate and guide the team to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service in line with brand standards. Oversee daily operations, including stock management, ordering routines, and adherence to the café concept. Champion brand values and culture, ensuring they are reflected in every customer interaction.
