AbbVie is seeking a Business Excellence Lead for Poland to serve as a key member of the Poland Leadership Team. This strategic role works closely with functional leaders and the Country Manager to generate business insights, develop and implement commercial strategies, and ensure optimal deployment of sales resources across the Polish market.
In this position, you will be responsible for mentoring and managing Business Excellence Analysts, working closely with the Greater Europe Commercial Director to drive new initiatives and improve ways of working. Your expertise will directly impact business performance and commercial excellence across the organization.
Key responsibilities include customer segmentation and territory optimization, working with the Head of Sales and Country Manager to set segmentation strategies that ensure salesforce effort is targeted to highest value customers. You will lead the redesign of territory structures to ensure optimal coverage of key customers and assess the impact of new sales processes and brand priorities.
You will develop key metrics to track sales team performance across the business, working with BI and CRM teams to ensure systems and reports are in place. Additionally, you will contribute to salesforce incentive design and maintain familiarity with current trends in salesforce deployment for the aesthetics industry.
