You are an important sparring partner for the Board, Management, and operational teams such as product management, contributing to stable growth and continuous improvement. You develop and maintain the management reporting system within your domain together with colleagues.
You are specifically responsible for managing and monitoring procurement bonuses. You develop, maintain, and improve the management reporting system. You manage and monitor procurement bonuses ensuring accurate, timely analyses. You provide periodic reports, calculations, and analyses for internal and external stakeholders.
You develop and monitor performance indicators and advise Board and Management on trends and developments. You identify bottlenecks and proactively suggest improvements. You collect and interpret internal and external data to recognize trends and signal opportunities. You contribute to budgets, forecasts, and their translation into operational targets.
