Raffles The Red Sea is seeking an experienced and dynamic Breakfast Manager to lead our breakfast service operations in Umluj, Saudi Arabia. In this pivotal role, you will oversee all aspects of breakfast service delivery, ensuring exceptional guest experiences while maintaining operational excellence and profitability. You will lead a dedicated team, manage resources efficiently, and uphold the luxury hospitality standards that define the Raffles brand. Oversee daily breakfast service operations, ensuring consistent quality, presentation, and adherence to Raffles service standards Lead, train, and motivate the breakfast team, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and professional development Manage staff scheduling, performance evaluations, and conduct onboarding for new team members Monitor and control food and beverage costs, inventory levels, and budgets to optimize profitability Coordinate seamlessly with kitchen, housekeeping, and front-of-house teams to deliver seamless guest experiences Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations and company policies Analyze guest feedback and menu performance data to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation Address guest concerns and complaints with professionalism and decisiveness to maintain satisfaction and loyalty Maintain detailed records of operations, inventory, and staff performance metrics Implement and communicate operational procedures and best practices to the team
Minimum 3 years of management experience in hospitality, food and beverage, or breakfast service operations Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams in a luxury hospitality environment Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, menu planning, and culinary standards Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in inventory management, cost control, and budget management Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences Strong problem-solving abilities and decisiveness in handling operational challenges Knowledge of health, safety, and hygiene standards in food service operations Proficiency with point-of-sale (POS) systems and hospitality management software Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings and weekends as required Fluency in English; additional language skills are preferred
