We are seeking a Branch Operations Associate Manager for our National Branch Network in Fairfield, CT. This role is part of the Consumer Banking and Lending division and focuses on delivering exceptional customer service and colleague experiences.
Lead and supervise risk and teller functions to ensure timely completion, quality, and compliance. Provide feedback and present ideas for improving customer service and colleague experience. Build and maintain relationships with customers and colleagues while ensuring adherence to banking regulations and operational standards.
