As a Branch Manager, you will serve as the sales leader of the branch, accountable for acquiring, deepening, and retaining customer relationships to drive consistent growth in primary checking, deposits, lending, credit cards, and investments. You will lead a team of banking professionals, foster a culture of exceptional customer service, and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
